About Hawthorne Leak Finders

Hawthorne Leak Finders is a leak detection company based in Lennox, California — directly adjacent to Hawthorne. We focus on one thing: finding hidden water leaks accurately and non-invasively — using acoustic listening, thermal imaging, tracer gas, and camera inspection.

Hawthorne's housing tells the story: the median home here was built around 1970, and 1950s–60s ranch houses still run on original galvanized and cast-iron lines operating well into the years when leaks begin. Our work exists for exactly this housing: pinpoint the leak with instruments, mark it, document it, and let any repair be a single targeted opening instead of exploratory demolition.

How we work

• Detection first, always non-invasive. Sensors on surfaces, cameras through access points — nothing is cut or dug during detection.
• Multiple methods, one answer. When one method is inconclusive, we confirm with another rather than guessing.
• Open 24 hours. Nights, weekends, holidays.
• Straight answers. If you don't need a detection visit, we'll tell you.
